Q1、公司的数字造价产品为何有这么高的市场占有率,是否会进一步提升?
答:公司专注建筑信息化领域超过20年,对行业有深刻理解。历史上公司一直坚持自主研发、自建渠道,拥有营销服一体化优势,能够快速反馈客户需求,迭代产品,因此获得了较高的市占率。由于数字造价业务属于成熟期业务,我们认为通过盗版用户的转化进一步提升市占率是有可能的,但市场竞争会一直存在。谢谢。
Q1:Why does Glodon‘s construction cost products have such a high market share, will it be further enhanced?
A:Focus on construction industry digitalization since establishment, Glodon has a deep understanding of the industry through these 20 years. Historically, Glodon has always adhered to independent R&D, self-built sales channels, to have the advantage of integrated marketing services. Therefore, we can quickly feedback customer needs, iterate products, and thus achieve a high market share. Since the construction cost business is a mature business, we think it is possible to further increase market share through the conversion of pirated users, but market competition will always exist. 答:数字施工产品覆盖范围较广,市场规模远高于数字造价业务的市场规模。若按每年有信息化需求的项目数量为50万个计算,假设每个项目平均投入20万元采购软件,对应施工软件市场规模为1000亿元。但是施工阶段信息化市场渗透率相对较低,参与公司大多处于相同的起步阶段。我们希望能通过不断打磨产品来更好地满足客户需求,给客户带来价值。谢谢。
Q2: Please introduce the market space and competition in the construction management business. A: Construction management products cover a wide range. The market size is much larger than construction cost business. If the number of projects that meet the needs of using construction software is calculated by 500,000, the corresponding construction management market size is 100 billion yuan, assuming that a single project invests an average of 200,000yuan to purchase the software. However, the penetration of construction management software is quite low, and most of the participants are in the same early stage. 答:公司大部分产品(包括数字造价和数字施工业务)都是标准化产品,只有少数处于布局或孵化阶段的业务有定制化的情况。客户会存在不同的需求,但是研发部门会提炼共同需求,开发标准化产品。公司所有产品都是持续更新的。谢谢。
Q3: Is Glodon‘s software highly customized? How regular are you update?
A: Most of our products, including construction cost and construction management products, are standardized. Only a few businesses in the layout or incubation phase are customized. Surely customers will have different needs, but our R&D department will refine common needs to develop standardized products. We keep improving our products constantly. Thank you.
